TEAMWORK

At BGSB we don’t just talk about teamwork – we put it into action. The ability to set goals and meet deadlines is vital to the successful execution of our business model. This requires flexibility and collaboration.  All of our business units are made up of teams from different divisions, often working across multiple areas. Within those teams everyone has their own areas of expertise but the overall responsibility for the project is shared. At BGSB everyone’s point of view is valid.

LEADERSHIP

No one is just an employee at BGSB. Our distinct corporate culture sets us apart from other schools.  In some respect, working at BGSB is similar to working for a consulting firm. While our primary goal is always the effective delivery of education to our students, which is similar to other top schools, our culture is professional, with a keen focus on hitting deadlines and meeting goals.  We expect everyone to be a contributor. This is why we make an unusual effort to identify and recruit people who, in addition to their intellect, share our commitment to leadership in business and to the communities where we work and live. A degree in business, finance or higher education is not necessary. What matters most is a commitment to seek out opportunity, to recognize the value in contributing to projects, and to assume responsibility.
